For her extensive work and social consciousness, she was conferred with the National Best Chef award by the Government of India, in the year 2017.

Panelist Uma Raghuram is a religious blogger. With sharing over 900 recipes from across the world and a following of 66k on Instagram, one cannot refrain from calling her a star blogger. She won the winner of Netflix My Chef’s Table Instagram Contest in the year 2017 for her authentic representation of Indian cuisine. She is not only popularising the Indian cuisine across the world but also redefining it.

Food writer, researcher & historian, consultant chef for Mustard Restaurants

Pritha Sen, a former journalist and presently a researcher and Indian cuisine enthusiast is showing the country its way back to her roots. She is passionate about regional cuisines and especially Bengali cuisine. She has also curated the Bengali food for the restaurants which were been voted as best amongst the restaurants in India.

She is the Chef Partner at SodaBottleOpenerWala, Cyber Hub Gurgaon. After studying at IHM – Aurangabad, Anahita worked in four different hotels in three different cities before she took off to pursue her dream to gain the Le Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Blue. Bakery and confectionary is her passion and her adventurous journey with food gets a homecoming with SodaBottleOpenerWala to be close to her Parsi roots.
